October '24 3rd Release

This release includes the following improvements and new features:

  • Quality Assurance - Survey Improvements: Users can now:
    • Delete a survey through the Surveys grid if there is no survey activity completed.
    • Delete a Survey activity through the Open Activities tab.
    • Start a new line of text in the Comments box by pressing Enter.
    • Expand the Remarks box so they can read the entire text.
  • Subcontractors - New Report 'Subcontractors per Service': Users can now view all the subcontractors that are linked to each service through a new report (the ' Subcontractors per Service' report is available in the Property Management menu items Reports page).
  • Subcontractors - Services tab improvements v2:
    • The Export, column chooser, etc. functionalities have been added.
    • The ‘Primary’ column has been added.
    • The columns ‘Property’ & ‘Service’ have been merged into 1 column so that users can navigate back & forth easily.
  • Staff Evaluations - bulk deletion for Additional Staff Evaluations: The bulk deletion has been enabled in the Additional Staff Evaluations tab.
  • Various improvements & bug fixes

October '24 2nd Release

This release includes the following improvements and new features:

  • Services - Supervisor Management improvements: Users can now:
    • View all the supervisors that are linked to each service through a new report (the 'Supervisors per Service' report is available in the Property Management menu items Reports page).
    • Have additional supervisor bulk assignment options in the Services grid. Specifically, users can: add the selected supervisor as a primary supervisor and replace the existing primary supervisor, add the selected supervisor as a primary supervisor and turn the existing primary supervisor to a non-primary one, or add the selected supervisor as a non-primary supervisor.
    • Access the services linked to each supervisor from a new tab added in each user screen. Also, users can delete any service from this tab.
  • Various improvements & bug fixes

October '24 Release

This release includes the following improvements and new features:

  • Preventive Maintenance - Draft mode: Users can now:
    • Create a new preventive maintenance as a draft.
    • Do any necessary changes in the draft preventive maintenance, such as remove, deactivate edit or add a new work order and remove, deactivate or add a task.
    • Publish the preventive maintenance once it is ready.
  • Work Order Calendar - Worker Availability tab: Users can now:
    • Check the availability of up to 10 workers at any given time.
  • Quick Actions - availability in all screens:
    • The Quick Actions functionality that allows the quick creation of a new ticket can now be used in all screens.
  • Work Orders - Service Request Work Order scheduling:
    • The new scheduling functionality can now be used for the creation of a new SR work order.
  • Various improvements & bug fixes

September '24 Release

This release includes the following improvements and new features:

  • Preventive Maintenance - creation without a worker:
    • Users are now able to create a new preventive maintenance without assigning a worker.
    • The worker field is still mandatory when creating a new service request work order.
    • Any work orders without a worker are marked with an exclamation sign.
    • When a worker is assigned to a work order, the status of that work order changes to 'Scheduled'.
  • Work Orders - customizable duration & actual duration: Users are now able to customize the duration of a work order:
    • 2 fields are available: Planned Start Date & Planned End Date
    • Multiples of 30 minutes can be used.
    • When creating a new preventive maintenance, users can select the duration of its work orders.
    • Both the planned start date & the planned end date are displayed in the work order calendar.
  • Work Orders - Customer's digital signature & rating:
    • Worker users are now able to capture the customer’s signature through the Worker App.
    • The customer’s signature is displayed on the service delivery form.
    • The customers are now able to rate a completed work order through the web or through the email that is sent when the work order is completed.
  • Worker App - Swipe left / right: Worker users are now able to swipe left & right in order to reschedule the work order or start the navigation towards the customer property.
  • Work Orders - Scheduling improvement: Users can now:
    • Select the worker and the planned date of a work order through an easy-to-use pop-up.
  • Calendar - Right-click functionality: Users can now:
    • Use the left click on a work order to open it in a new tab.
    • Use the right click on a work order to quickly change the worker or the planned date (if the status is New, Scheduled, or Rescheduled).
  • Preventive Maintenance - Draft mode: Users can now:
    • Create a new preventive maintenance as a draft.
    • Do any necessary changes in the draft preventive maintenance.
    • Publish the preventive maintenance once it is ready.
  • Preventive Maintenance - Preventive Maintenance Cloning: Users can now clone a preventive maintenance created for one property to additional properties of the same account.
  • Worker App - Primary & Related workers in a work order:
    • Primary workers are now able to add related workers to a work order.
    • The related workers are visible inside a work order in the Worker App.
    • Primary workers are now able to edit or complete all tasks in a work order.
    • Related workers are now able to view all tasks in a work order, but can edit or complete only the tasks assigned to them.
    • Improvements have been made in the appearance & sorting of the tasks inside a work order.
  • Worker App - QR code Asset identification: Worker users are now able to scan a QR code of an asset to check if that asset is included in their work order, by swiping right in the work order assets screen of the Worker App.
  • Work Orders - Service delivery form improvements:
    • The form and the email sent are displayed in the language selected by each user.
    • Other minor improvements have been included in the form.
  • Live Task Monitoring: improvements:
    • ‘On the way’ status: the worker’s location and route to the work order property appears in the map, along with information about the work order and the estimated time of arrival.
    • ‘In progress’ status: the worker’s location appears in the map, along with information about the work order and the arrival time.

July '24 Release

This release includes the following improvements and new features:

  • Work Orders - Status redesign: The new statuses are:
    • New - the status when the work order is created.
    • Scheduled - the status when a worker has been assigned.
    • Rescheduled - the status when the work order is scheduled again.
    • On the way - the status when the worker is on the way to the property.
    • In Progress - the status when the worker arrives at the property. This status is a merge of the previous Arrived & In Progress statuses.
    • Paused - the status when the work order needs to be paused.
    • Completed - the status when the work order is completed.
    • Cancelled - the status when the work order needs to be cancelled - this status cannot be selected by a worker.
  • New Preventive Maintenance:
    • Users are now able to create a new preventive maintenance through the Preventive Maintenance screen by following the steps below:
      • Click on + in the Preventive Maintenance screen
      • Select the property in the respective filter
      • Select the asset or assets for which the preventive maintenance will be created
      • Click on the Preventive Maintenance Creation button
      • Follow the next steps as usual
    • The ability to create a new preventive maintenance from a Property screen has been removed.
  • Preventive Maintenance - 1st work order date: When creating a work order, users are now able to select the date that the 1st work order of this preventive maintenance should be scheduled.
  • Worker App - Voice-to-text: Worker users are now able to record text in any free-text field by using their voice.
  • Worker App - flashlight in QR code scanning: Worker users are now able to open the flashlight of the mobile device while scanning a QR code.
  • Worker App - ability to add a new task or SR: Worker users are now able to add a new task or a new service request through the App.
  • Worker App - Work order attachments & photos upload: Worker users are now able to upload attachments & photos through the Worker App.
  • Maintenance tasks optimizations: Various optimizations in the Preventive Maintenance / SR work order tasks.
  • Ticketing - Attachment improvements - App: Users are now able to download all attachments from all Mobile Apps.
  • Corrective Actions - Email Recipients for creation of Corrective Actions without Service: A new setting has been added that configures the users that will be receiving an email when a corrective action without a Service is created.
