View/Edit Asset Category Specification

How to view/edit an asset category specification

To view or edit an asset category specification, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on ‘Equipment’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
2. Click on ‘Asset Category Specifications’.
3. Select the asset category specification you want to view or edit and click the pencil/eye icon (depending on your role permissions) at the right of the row.
4. Change the fields that you want.
5. Click on ‘Save’ if you want to save any changes.

Fields

On this screen you can view/edit the following fields:

1. Type

The type of the asset category specification (alphanumeric, numeric, or date-time).

2. Asset Category

The asset category of the specification.

3. Title

The title of the asset category specification.

4. Active

Shows whether the asset category specification is active or not.
