Moralius manages what each user can see or do based on the role assigned to him/her. Let’s see below in detail what each role means.

 

Administrator

This role is part of the administative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses.

The administrator has extended rights to manage users, role permissions, customization and all the other settings. Also, this role has access to all the features of the software.

 

Supervisor

This role is part of the administrative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses.

The supervisor has one of the most important roles in Moralius and is the person that performs inspection visits and completes audit forms. Also, this is the only role that can use the Supervisor App. A supervisor is tied to specific services.

 

Key Account Manager

This role is part of the administrative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses.

This role deals with and manages everything related to customer service. A Key Account Manager is tied to specific accounts.

 

Operator

This role is part of the administrative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses.

This role is not tied to a specific service or account, which means that an operator can access information and perform actions related to all services and accounts. An example of a user who could have the operator role would be a Head of Key Account Management.

 

Quality Assurance

This role is part of the administrative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses.

This role deals with and manages everything related to the monitoring of customer satisfaction and complaints.

 

Human Resources

This role is part of the administrative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses.

This role deals with and manages everything related to human resources.

 

Subcontractor

This role is part of the administrative user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of administrative user pack licenses (only if login access has been enabled).

The role of the subcontractor, who delivers services on your behalf.

 

Customer

This role is part of the customer user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of customer user pack licenses.

This role is assigned to all the customers you deliver services to. Also, this is the only role that can use the Customer App.

 

Worker

This role is part of the worker user pack, which means that any user with this role will need 1 license from the pool of worker user pack licenses.

This role is assigned to all your employees that deliver any kind of service - for example cleaners, electricians, security guards, etc. Also, this is the only role that can use the Worker App and that cannot access the web environment.
