Ticket Categories

In this article you will learn how to view, add, edit and delete ticket categories in Moralius.

In order to access the ‘Ticket Categories’ screen, you must have the ‘Administrator’ role and you need to simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your icon on the top-right part of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘Admin’
  3. Click on the ‘Ticket Categories’ tab on the left part of the screen.

 

How to add a ticket category

If you want to add a ticket category, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the + button on the top-right part of the screen.
  2. Fill in the ‘Title’.
  3. Click on the ‘Save’ button.

 

How to view/edit a ticket category

In order to view or edit a ticket category, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the pencil icon of the record that you want to edit.
  2. Change the information that you want.
  3. Click on the ‘Save’ button.

 

How to delete a ticket category

In order to delete a ticket category, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the bin icon of the record that you want to delete.
  2. In the popup that appears, click on ‘Yes’.
