Service Requests List

This article will guide you on how to access the list of service requests in Moralius.

To access the service requests list screen, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Tickets’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘Service Requests’.



The following fields are displayed on this screen:

  1. Creation Date

The date the ticket was created.

  1. Closing Date

The date the ticket was closed.

  1. Title

The title of the ticket.

  1. Status

The status of the ticket.

  1. Service

The service the ticket is linked to.

  1. Account Contact

The full name of the account contact linked to the ticket.

  1. Owner

The full name of the owner of the ticket.

  1. Creator

The full name of the creator of the ticket.
