The Field Management module gives you access to several useful reports, which you can check in detail below.
Services
This report gives you a complete view of all the services you are proving to your customers. The available data include the account, service (including service type), address, supervisor, (key) account manager, account contact, etc. Probably the most important available data is the minimum inspection visits required per month.
Monthly Inspection Visits
This report gives you an overview of supervisor inspection visits on a monthly basis. The available data includes how many inspection visits should be done, how many have been done and how many have not been done.
No. of Inspection Visits per Supervisor
This report gives an overview of each supervisor’s workload. The available data include the number of active services and how many inspection visits should be done monthly and daily.
Daily Inspection Visits
This report shows the supervisor inspection visits performed each day. The available data include the duration, the evaluation type, the supervisor grade and the customer grade.
Supervisor KPI
This report shows the average evaluation grade of the supervisor inspection visits for the selected period.
