The Staff Management module gives you access to several useful reports, which you can check in detail below.

 

Internal Tickets

This report provides an overview of all open and closed internal tickets per category for the selected period.

 

QR Code Hits

This report shows all the QR Code hits that have been registered for each service. The available data includes service, space, staff, start date, end date, and duration.

 

Tickets KPI

This report shows the average time that was needed for the resolution of the internal tickets for the selected period and other criteria.
