The Property Management module is the backbone of Moralius and allows you to take good care of your customers’ facilities. Accounts, properties, services, spaces and subcontractors are all bundled together in one easy-to-use module. Let’s see in detail what you can do with Moralius’ Property Management module:
Register and manage your customers' properties
- Add an unlimited number of properties.
- Shape each property in great detail by using the proper spaces – add blocks, buildings, floors and offices!
- Assign the persons that will be responsible for each property:
- Supervisor - the person responsible on behalf of your company
- Account contact - the person responsible on behalf of your customer
- Subcontractor - the person or team providing the service on behalf of your company (optional)
- Pinpoint the exact size of each property, so that you can track all the check-ins & outs through geolocation.
