View/Edit Spare Part

How to view/edit a spare part

To view or edit a spare part, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on ‘Equipment’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
2. Click on ‘Spare Parts’.
3. Select the spare part you want to view or edit and click the pencil/eye icon (depending on your role permissions) at the right of the row.
4. Change the fields that you want.
5. Click on ‘Save’ if you want to save any changes.

Fields

On this screen you can view/edit the following fields:

1. Title

The title of the spare part.

2. Description

A description of the spare part.

3. Asset category

The asset category linked to the spare part.

4. Active

Shows whether this spare part is active or not.
