Add Default Task

How to add a default task

To add a new default task, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on ‘Equipment’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
2. Click on ‘Default Tasks’.
3. Click on the + icon on the top-right part of the screen.
4. Fill in the fields (the mandatory ones are marked with *) of the screen.
5. Click on ‘Save’.

Fields

The following fields can be edited on this screen:

1. Title

The title of the default task.

2. Asset Category

The asset category linked to the default task.

3. Frequency

The frequency that the default task should be performed.

4. Active

Shows whether this default task is active or not.
