This article will guide you on how to view or edit a work order in Moralius.
To view or edit a work order, simply follow the steps below:
On the ‘Basic Information’ tab you can view/edit the following fields:
The title of the work order.
The name of the service of the work order.
The full name of the worker linked to the work order.
The implementation date of the work order.
The status of the work order.
Shows whether the work order has been skipped or not. If a work order has been skipped (ticked box), it will not visible to the worker to whom it has been assigned and to the customer linked to the service.
Shows whether the work order is active or not.
A description of the work order.
On the ‘History’ tab you can view the history log of the work order. The following fields are displayed:
The creation date of the work order.
The full name of the person who created the work order.
The full name of the worker linked to the work order.
The status of the work order.
The implementation date of the work order.
Shows whether the work order is active or not.
On the ‘Related Workers’ you can view the workers related to the work order, or add a new one. The following fields are displayed:
The full name of the worker linked to the work order.
Shows whether the work order is active or not.
On the ‘Assets’ you can view or edit the assets related to the work order. The following fields are displayed:
The title of the asset.
The property to which the asset belongs.
The space to which the asset belongs.
The category of the asset linked to the work order.
Shows whether the asset is active or not.
On the ‘Knowledge Base’ you can view the knowledge base records related to the work order. The following fields are displayed:
The title of the knowledge base record.
The name of the asset linked to the knowledge base record.
A description of the issue of the knowledge base record.
The reason of the issue of the knowledge base record.
The solution to the issue of the knowledge base record.
Shows whether the knowledge base record is active or not.
On the ‘Spare Parts’ you can view or edit the spare parts related to the work order, or add a new one. The following fields are displayed:
The title of the spare part.
A description of the spare part.
The asset linked to the spare part.
Shows whether the spare part is used or not.
The spare part quantity.
Any comments about the spare part.
Shows whether this spare part is active or not.
On the ‘Maintenance Tasks’ you can view or edit the maintenance tasks related to the work order, or add a new one. The following fields are displayed:
The title of the task.
The frequency that the task should be carried out.
The asset linked to the task.
The full name of the worker that the task has been assigned to.
The status of the task.
The date and time that the task was completed.
The service request linked to the task.
Shows whether the task is active or not.
