Corrective Actions per Account

This article will guide you on how to access and use the Corrective Actions per Account report.

To access the report, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Reports’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘Corrective Actions per Account’.

 

How to use the report

To use the report, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Select the date range that you want from the ‘Date Range’ box.
  2. For custom dates select ‘Custom Range’ on the ‘Date Range’ box and select your dates.
  3. Click on the ‘Search’ button.

 

Available data

The following data are displayed in this report:

  1. Corrective Actions per Account
  • Account

The account for which the corrective actions have been recorded.

  • Account Manager

The full name of the key account manager of the account.

  • Corrective Actions

The number of corrective actions recorded for each account.

  1. Corrective Actions per Service (go to this view by clicking on the arrow icon on the left of each record in the ‘Corrective Actions per Account’ view)
  • Service

The service linked to the corrective action.

  • Supervisor

The full name of the supervisor linked to the service.

  • Subcontractor

The full name of the subcontractor linked to the service.

  • Account Manager

The full name of the key account manager of the account.

  • Corrective Actions

The number of corrective actions recorded for each service.

 

  1. Corrective action information (go to this view by clicking on the eye icon on the right of each record in the ‘Corrective Actions per Account’ or ‘Corrective Actions per Service’ views)
  • Title

The title of the corrective action.

  • Assignor

The full name of the person who assigned the corrective action.

  • Service

The service linked to the corrective action.

  • Supervisor

The full name of the supervisor linked to the service.              

  • Subcontractor

The full name of the subcontractor linked to the service.

  • Owner

The full name of the owner of the corrective action.

  • Account Manager

The full name of the key account manager of the account.

  • Status

The status of the corrective action.

  • Creation Date

The date when the corrective action was created.

  • Eye icon: by clicking on the eye icon on the right side of each record, you are redirected to the respective corrective action.
