This article will guide you on how to add a new correction report in Moralius.

 

How to add a correction report

To add a correction report, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Human Resources’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘Correction Reports’.
  3. Click on the + icon on the top-right part of the screen.
  4. Fill in the fields (the mandatory ones are marked with *) of the screen.
  5. Click on ‘Save’.

 

Fields

The fields that can be edited on this screen are the following:

  1. Service

The service for which the correction report was created.

  1. Staff

The full name of the staff for which the correction report was created.

  1. Report Reason

The reason why the correction report was created.

  1. Description

The description of the correction report.
