This article will guide you on how to access the list of customer staff evaluations in Moralius.
The customer staff evaluations are ad-hoc evaluations that can be submitted only by customers. The customer staff evaluations can only be created through the 'Rate Me' button of the FM Team screen.
To access the customer staff evaluations screen, simply follow the steps below:
The following fields are displayed on this screen:
The date & time that the evaluation was created.
The name of the service linked with the staff.
The full name of the person that performed the evaluation.
The full name of the staff.
The grade submitted by the customer.
