The Quality Assurance module gives you access to several useful reports, which you can check in detail below.
This report provides an overview of the results of the quality questionnaires per account and service for the selected period. The available data includes the service, the supervisor, the subcontractor (if any), the (key) account manager and the average grade. There is also the option to view the detailed responses for each quality questionnaire.
This report provides an overview of the corrective actions per account and service for the selected period. The available data includes the service, the supervisor, the subcontractor (if any), the account manager and the number of corrective actions. There is also the option to view the details for each corrective action.
This report provides an overview of the corrective actions per supervisor for the selected time period. The available data include the corrective actions’ creation date, the title, the status, the service, the account contact, the owner and the creator. There is also the option to view the details for each corrective action.
This report provides an overview of the corrective actions per subcontractor for the selected time period. The available data include the corrective actions’ creation date, the title, the status, the service, the account contact, the owner and the creator. There is also the option to view the details for each corrective action.
This report shows the average time that was needed for the resolution of the internal tickets for the selected period and other criteria.
