SLAs List

This article will guide you on how to access the list of SLAs in Moralius.

To go to the SLAs list screen, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Equipment’ on the menu on the left part of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘SLAs’.

 

Fields

The following fields are displayed on this screen:

  1. Title

The SLA title.

  1. Service

The name of the service for which the SLA has been set.

  1. Worker

The full name of the worker responsible for the SLA.

  1. Start Date

The start date of the SLA.

  1. End Date

The end date of the SLA.

  1. Account manager

The full name of the key account manager linked with the service for which the SLA has been set.

  1. Active

Shows whether this SLA is active or not.
